For relaxation between activities on your holiday, why not sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet in our
private garden, which leads out from the dining room.
Alternatively, enjoy the comfort of our lounge area with a good book and a glass of your favourite drink, before
you head out for the evening - we can provide ice-buckets and wine glasses if needed.
For guests with children , we have an enclosed play area built in wood to the highest ROSPA safety standards
and set on a carpet of bark. It has monkey bars, a rope net, crawling board, crow's nest
platform, a swing and a slide. For the under 5's we have a large wooden playhouse and a baby swing.
Planned for Spring 2010 : Animal feeding - At 07:30 and 16:30 we are always keen to enrol little helpers to assist us in feeding the guinea pigs and
chickens and to collect the eggs for breakfast
Finally, other facilities available are :
- Free parking in our large car park
- The Burcott Inn - currently recommended in the Good Pub Guide - is located directly opposite, and serves good quality
lunches and evening meals as well as some wonderful real ales!!
- Lounge area with comfortable chairs and WiFi internet access if you need to stay connected
- Tea room providing delicious cakes and cream teas is open at weekends from Easter to September
